Single-pole 1 in combination CAFCI circuit breaker is designed for arc-fault, overload and short circuit protection of an electrical system. Designed to detect arcs that are caused by damaged, aged or improperly used wires or cords and to disconnect the power. With Time-Saver Diagnostics, advanced trip indication technology, identifying the type of fault that last occurred. White push to test button. 10 kA interrupting rating. Rated for 120 VAC. Homeline circuit breakers are designed to plug into Homeline load centers to provide circuit protection. This circuit breaker provides standard circuit protection and is HACR rated. This single pole circuit breaker with plug-in mounting is rated 15 A at 120 VAC. HOM breakers provide 10 kA breaking capacity. Homeline combination arc fault circuit-interrupters provide overload and short-circuit protection, plus arc fault protection in accordance with the NEC and UL1699. This breaker has a pigtail neutral. The electrical connection is a clamp terminal that will accept two wires. The clamp terminal will accept a wire range of 14 AWG to 8 AWG copper or aluminum wire. Arc-fault breakers are designed to detect and prevent damages from arcing caused by damaged wire insulation or a frayed extension cord.
